These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("User(s)") accessing or using the Trusme Platform, which includes any mobile applications, websites, and web-based services owned and operated by Zerito Solutions LLP under the brand name “Trusme” .

Users will be notified in advance of any fees associated with Trusme Services. Payments may be processed directly by Trusme or via licensed third-party payment aggregators. Trusme does not store payment credentials.

User-submitted content remains the property of the User. However, by uploading content, the User grants Trusme a global, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use and display the content for service and promotional purposes.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be settled through arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed under the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) Rules. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be New Delhi, and the language of arbitration shall be English.
