Terms and Conditions of Use – Trusme

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("User(s)") accessing or using the Trusme Platform, which includes any mobile applications, websites, and web-based services owned and operated by Zerito Solutions LLP under the brand name “Trusme” .

By accessing or using the Trusme Platform, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all other rules, guidelines, or conditions issued by Trusme from time to time in connection with any services offered ("Trusme Services"). If the User does not agree to be bound by the Terms, they should not access or use the Platform.

1. Use of Platform and Services

Trusme provides Users with access to a range of mental health-related services, including:

Mental health self-assessments
Access to certified mental health professionals ("Professionals")
Curated wellness content (e.g., meditation, mindfulness, lifestyle guidance)

Certain services may require payment and/or registration. Trusme reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of its services without notice and without liability.

2. Modification of Terms

Trusme may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the Platform and may be communicated via email or notifications. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain services, Users must register and maintain an active personal account. Users agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information
Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
Notify Trusme immediately of any unauthorized use

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.

4. Eligibility

The Trusme Platform is intended solely for individuals who are:

18 years of age or older
Residing in India
Capable of forming a legally binding contract

Any individual falsely representing their age or eligibility may be subject to account suspension and indemnity obligations.

5. Services and Third-Party Providers

Trusme lists and facilitates connections with third-party Professionals. While Trusme verifies credentials to the best of its ability, it does not guarantee or take responsibility for the outcomes of consultations or advice rendered by Professionals. Users are advised to make their own judgment before proceeding.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our website. By continuously linking to our website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.

6. Payments

Users will be notified in advance of any fees associated with Trusme Services. Payments may be processed directly by Trusme or via licensed third-party payment aggregators. Trusme does not store payment credentials.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Trusme Platform, including text, graphics, video, audio, branding, and software, is the intellectual property of Zerito Solutions LLP or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any material without written consent.

User-submitted content remains the property of the User. However, by uploading content, the User grants Trusme a global, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use and display the content for service and promotional purposes.

8. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws
Harass or harm other Users or Professionals
Upload offensive or false information
Interfere with the platform’s functionality or security
Use bots, scrapers, or other unauthorized automation tools

Violation of these guidelines may result in content removal, account termination, or legal action.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Use of the Platform is at the User’s sole risk. Trusme:

Offers services for informational and support purposes only
Does not provide emergency services or clinical diagnoses
Is not liable for errors, delays, or interruptions
Is not liable for the actions of Professionals or third parties

In no event shall Trusme or Zerito Solutions LLP be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the User’s use of the Platform.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be settled through arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed under the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) Rules. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be New Delhi, and the language of arbitration shall be English.
